Our goal was to create a compelling proposal for a new tender for blended essentials in 3 locations in one of the top five largest airports in the world: Heathrow Airport. Our challenge was to clearly address passengers’ differing perceptions of "essential" items and expectations.

HOW?

We delivered a premium retail fit-out that redefines the high-street experience, tailored to the modern, sophisticated environment of Heathrow.

By merging Confectionery, Tobacco, News with Health & Beauty and Pharmacy, we created a seamless, all-in-one store concept that meets every passenger’s essential needs.

Designed for convenience and ease, the space is intuitive to navigate, enjoyable to browse, and offers a complete, elevated experience.
