WHY?

NTUC set out to reinvent the senior daycare sector by shifting away from a clinical feel, creating community-focused centres that are engaging, comfortable, and support seniors in maintaining their independence longer.

HOW?

Through extensive market research and studies on senior conditions such as dementia, we designed a space that supports both seniors and staff—a warm, home-like environment equipped with the right tools to foster autonomy and well-being, while ensuring safe and efficient operations for caregivers. We successfully developed seven distinct designs across various locations in Singapore.
