WHY?
Set amidst the lush, off-centre charm of Dempsey, our goal was to craft a destination in itself—welcoming guests from breakfast through to evening drinks and dinner. The objective was to bring the brand to life, showcasing the artistry and authenticity of Italian cuisine at its best.
HOW?
We designed a space that blends multiple ambiances into one: an outdoor terrace for coffee, an alfresco dining area for lunch and dinner, and indoors, communal tables for groups, a spacious dining hall, and a bar for evening drinks. At the back, guests discover the best of Italian cuisine—an indulgent dessert kiosk with signature gelato, a live pasta station, and the centerpiece, a wood-fired pizza oven visible from every angle.
