WHY?

Our challenge was to revamp the beloved Italian grocery concept and customer experience for Da Paolo Gastronomia for its new pilot location in Great World City mall, in Singapore. The refreshed concept was and will be further rolled-out in all locations across Singapore.

HOW?

We brought together key elements to rejuvenate the concept, focusing on authenticity, modernity, and seamless experiences. By highlighting product origins and values, we engaged a more conscious audience. While staying true to Da Paolo’s heritage, we introduced a modern Italian vibe to stand out. Operations were optimized across all physical and digital touchpoints to ensure a smooth experience for both customers and staff.
